Why can't I see some/all/any requisition templates?

If you can't see some, all or any requisition templates, there are a few reasons why this may occur:

  1. No templates configured on your system
    It's possible that templates aren't implemented in your configuration. Contact your local Super User to be sure.

  2. No templates match you user classification
    Requisition templates are displayed to users based on the classifiers selected on the User's set-up. If a user is classified, only templates with the same classifiers selected will be displayed.

    i.e. If a User is classified as Department: Sales, Location: London, they will only see requisition templates which are also Department: Sales, Location: London.
