Q: The user is unable to log in to Advorto Analytics. What could be the problem?
A: There might be few reasons why the user is unable to log in to the portal:
- Log in details (email or password) have changed recently (within 24 hours)
- The user has not been set-up in the back office
- Advorto Analytics has not been set-up on your system
- Advorto Analytics refreshes daily during the course of the night and the new details will have to be updated on the server. Please wait until the next morning before attempting to log in. If you query is urgent please submit your request via Zendesk help centre and our support team will be able to help you.
- Please request a super user to set you up on the system
- Please contact Advorto support via Zendesk help centre for this to be set-up. Please note it will take at least 24 hours to complete the set-up before the users will be able to log in
