In order to reset/set a password for another user please follow those steps:
1) Log in to the Hiring Manager/Recruitment portal
2) Click on Users/Manage users at the bottom of the Dashboard page
3) Locate the user in question
4) Click Change password link available against the user
5) Fill in the form
6) Click Change password button
7) Notify the user of their new temporary password
IMPORTANT: Advorto advises to check the login details before notify the user.
Once they have logged in they can update the temporary password.
