It is possible to review all global SMS templates from the back office.
In order to review all templates please follow those steps:
1) Log in to the back office
2) Click Settings/Setup option or cog icon in the back office
3) Click on SMS templates under the Documents and Templates menu on the left
4) You'll see the list of available SMS templates set-up on your system
5) If the template is global (visible to everybody) True will be shown in the column
6) To review the content please click View
I cannot see the options mentioned above. What do I need to do do?
You may be in a security group without access to this area - please contact your HR team to allow you more access.
How can I enable SMS sending from my system?
This functionality is configurable - please contact your account manager to discuss options.
