Create requisitions

Creating requisitions in the Hiring Manager/Recruitment portal.

In order to create a new requisition please follow those steps:

1) Log in to you Hiring Manager/Recruitment portal (use the same details as for the back office)

2) Click on My requisitions -> Create requisitions (can be named differently on your system) on the main menu. The menu is located at the top or left/right side of the screen

3) If templated requisitions are enabled you can now pick an existing template or start a new form

4) If no templates available you can start filling the form or picking the route for your requisition (depending on your individual set-up)

 

Creating requisitions in the back office.

1) Log in to the back office 

2) Click on Requisitions tab

3) Click on Create New Requisition option in the sub-menu

4) You will notice branding change when the pop-up opens

5) If templated requisitions are enabled you can now pick an existing template or start a new form

6) If no templates available you can start filling the form or picking the route for your requisition (depending on your individual set-up)

 

I cannot see the options mentioned above. What do I need to do do?

You may be in a security group without access to this area - please contact your HR team to allow you more access.

 

I can see you are allowed to have requisition templates but that is not enabled. What do I need to do?

Please contact your account manager to discuss configuration options.
