Uploading requisition templates in the Hiring Manager/Recruitment portal

In order to amend an existing or add a new template you must have a designated user role selected on the profile. If you log in an cannot see the option to add or amend a requisition you will have to request an upgrade to your profile.


In order to amend or add a new requisitions please follow those steps:

1) Log in to the Hiring Manager/Recruitment portal

2) Select My requisitions -> Templates from the main menu (this can be named differently

3) Click Edit for amending and Create template for adding new

4) Once the template is amended/created click Save template at the bottom of the page

5) Please note: even thought some fields are marked as mandatory you do not have to fill in the entire form - the button will not validate and you can leave out some of the questions out

5) Once saved this template will be selectable by any Hiring Manager that profile matches the classification of the requisition


I cannot see the options mentioned above. What do I need to do do?

You may be in a security group without access to this area - please contact your HR team to allow you more access.
