Viewing reference information

Depending on the set-up of your system the candidate might be asked to fill in the reference information.

This usually happens during:

  • Initial application form; or
  • Post interview stages via top-up form

Depending on the set-up you might be able to view this information in:

  • Candidate application form

To view please follow those steps:

1) Log in to the back office

2) Go to Candidates tab

3) Locate the candidate in question

4) Click on View application form (can be named differently) - this usually is a grey printer icon available on the right against each candidate

5) If the information is captured during initial application form it should be shown there

  • References review back office page

To view please follow those steps:

1) Log in to the back office

2) Go to Candidates tab

3) Locate the candidate in question

4) Click on View (can be named differently) - this usually is a grey pencil icon available on the right against each candidate

5) If configured a tab along the top should appear - normally named Top-up review or References (can be named differently) 

6) If the information is captured on the top-up form it should be shown there

 

I cannot see the options mentioned above. What do I need to do do?

You may be in a security group without access to this area - please contact your HR team to allow you more access.

 

I have checked both places but still cannot see the reference information. What do I need to do?

It is possible Advorto implemented a custom solution on your system - please submit your request through Zendesk help centre.
