How do I view existing documents?

In order to view and/or download existing documents in the back office, please follow those steps:

  • Log in to the back office
  • Click on Settings tile or cog icon in the top right corner
  • Click on Documents tile
  • Click the download icon
  • The document will save on your local drive 

I am not sure which document is used on a template - what do I need to do?

If you are unsure which document/version is used please view or edit the email relevant template (Settings > Email templates). The documents attached to the email are displayed in the attachments section at the bottom. 

I cannot see the options mentioned above. What do I need to do?

This might be due to your level of access. In order to enable the options please submit a ticket via Zendesk help centre for Advorto to action the change or speak to your local super user.

What is a global document?

A global document is a document that may be used by any system user, whereas personal documents are only available to the currently logged in user.

Can I update global documents?

Only super users are able to update documents in the back office - Settings > Documents. Click the Edit icon to edit an existing document and replace the file used where required.

    If a Hiring manager is reviewing a CV, and there are documents in the back office for this candidate is there a way they can review without asking for them Via myself?
