In order to update your details in the back office please follow those steps:
1) Log in to the back office
2) Click on Setting tile/Setup tab or cog icon in the top right corner
3) Click on User Details option under Your system section (in the left navigation menu)
4) Update your details in the page that opens
You can also update other settings such as password or set-up account delegation.
I cannot see the options mentioned above. What do I need to do?
This might be due to your level of access. In order to enable the options please submit a ticket via Zendesk help centre for Advorto to action the change.
