If you are registered on more than one client (with the same email address) you no longer have to log out and log back in to access different client.
Advorto introduced a new functionality - client switcher which allow you to simply selected the right client and show you the right information without the trouble of logging out.
The drop down is available in the top right corner of the back office - simply select the client and they system will log you in automatically.
When logging in for the first time you will still get the choice of the client.
I cannot see the option mentioned above. What do I need to do do?
There might be various reasons for that:
- You might be set-up with a different email address on various clients
- Your password is different on each client
- You had access to a campaign which has closed and Advorto archived the data
In order to synchronise the password on all systems please submit a request via Zendesk help centre.
