Resetting candidate's password

In order to reset candidate's password please follow those steps:

1) Log into the back office

2) Click on the Candidates tab

3) Locate the candidate in question

4) Scroll to the right and click on the View application icon (usually a grey pencil icon) against the candidate

5) Pop up window will appear, click on Edit Person tab along the top. This tab gives the option to change the password

6) Please make sure you confirm the change by pressing Change password button.

7) If the candidate is still having difficulties logging in please confirm the log in page (URL) and their email address.

Please contact your HR team if the problem persist.
