It's possible that agency worker started but not finished the application on behalf of a candidate. This can be easily spotted in the Agency portal where "Submitted date" does not have any date in the column. For systems with status field enabled the field will also be empty (this is driven from the folder status field).
In the back office all unsubmitted agency candidates will be located in the unsubmitted section of the Candidates tab.
In order to submit a candidate, an agent will need to login to the Agency portal and then:
- Locate the candidate and click on 'Edit Application' (the link may be named differently on your system)
- Provide all the mandatory information on the application form
- Click "Submit" on the last page
