Resetting your password (back office)

In order to change your password:

Please log in to the back office and access settings page by either:

  • Clicking 'Setup' tab
  • Clicking a cog icon in the top right corner of the page
  • Clicking 'Settings' tile on the home page (you can go directly to the page by selecting 'Change password' link within the tile)

On the set-up page please click 'Change your password' link available on the left under 'Your system' sub menu.

Follow instructions on the screen to complete the process (please follow password rules for security reasons).

Having trouble resetting your password?

If you are unable to reset your password please contact your HR team who can access your account and reset your password on your behalf. If you're still having issues logging in please contact your recruiter in order to escalate the problem.
