What is agent self-registration?

It’s also possible to configure self-registration functionality for new agents. When a new agent registers, if their email matches the domain of an existing agency, they will be automatically added to that agency. If no match can be made for their email domain, then the newly registered agent will initially enter an “awaiting authorisation” status, until such time they are allocated to an Agency and set an appropriate status.
