Advorto Analytics - Report creation

For all reports that are created in the analytics system you first need to select the fields that you want to be included in your report.  Each reportable field is selected from the sections below:

Person – Fields that relate to an individual (Registration information etc.)

Candidate – Fields that relate to an individuals applications (Application form responses)

Candidate folder history – Fields related to the folders candidates have been in (Date entered, Date left, User entered etc)

Vacancy – Fields that are selected when vacancies are added to the system (Title, Description, Classifiers etc.)

Vacancy status history – Fields related to the history of a vacancy (Date opened, Date closed, User opened etc.)

Vacancy workflow history* - Fields related to the workflow history of a vacancy (Date Workflow 1 entered, Date Workflow 1 left etc.)

Requisition* - Fields that are selected when requisitions are added to the system (Title, Description, Classifiers etc.)

Requisition status history* - Fields related to the history of a requisitions (Date progressed, Date challenged, User challenged etc.)

Requisition stage action history* - Fields related to the actions performed on a requisition (Date approved, Date published, User published etc.)

Agent* - Fields related to agents and agencies (Agent contact details, Agency information etc.)

Talent bank* - Fields related to talent bank (Candidate Active, Client Active, Talent bank classifier selections etc.)

* = Fields only need to be selected from these sections if the functionality has been setup on the system.
