Logging on and setting your password (back office)

How to log in or request new password?

Go to your back office URL

If you’re unsure what the address is please contact Advorto support (details below)

The first time you access the Advorto system, you need to request a password:

* Click the "Click here to request a new password >>" link

* Enter your email address and click "Send new password"

* You will shortly receive an email allowing you to set a password

* Please note that the password is case sensitive

* Your new password should comply with the stated rules for security

If you don't receive an email within a few minutes, check your junk email box and, where possible, mark messages from Advorto as not junk

If the message is not in your junk email box, we may have the wrong email address for you in the system, so please contact Advorto Support:
