Account verification, setting your password and self-registration

How to register or verify account?

If you’ve already been added as a user by your Recruitment Team or have forgotten your password, you simply need to verify your account:

* Go to https://System_URL/User/ForgottenPassword.aspx or click the Request password (or equivalent) option in the navigation

* Enter your email address and click the button

* You will shortly receive an email which includes a link to allow you to set a password

* Note that the email is only valid for a short period of time (usually 30 mins) and you may only use the link once

* Please note that the password is case sensitive and should comply with any stated rules for security purposes

* If you don't receive an email within a few minutes, check your junk email box and, where possible, mark messages from Advorto as not junk

If the message is not in your junk email box, your email address in the system may be incorrect, so please contact your Recruitment team

If you’ve not already been added as a user by your Recruitment Team, the system may be configured to allow you to self-register as a Hiring Manager. Click the Register (or equivalent) option in the main navigation at the top of the page.

* Complete the registration form

* Once registered, you will be able to raise requisitions and, once you have your own vacancies, you may view these, along with any candidates who have submitted to them who are at stages requiring your action or at which you have visibility of.
