Instructions to agents to submit candidates

How do agencies submit candidates?

* Invited agents will receive an email with a link in

* The link will take them to the Agency Portal login page

* They should then login to the Agency Portal

* Once logged in, they will see the details of the vacancy they have been authorised for and can click “Forward candidate to this role” to submit candidates

* They will be presented with an application form to complete on behalf of the candidate

* Once complete, they will be able to submit the form

* Following submission, they can login to their Agency Portal at any stage to track the progress of their candidate(s)
